In all seriousness, I got into Personal Training about 10 years ago. At the start I was terrible but cared enough about people/felt insecure enough to want to constantly improve. 10 years later I feel like I might just start scratching the surface of awesomeness in another 10-20 years or so.
My philosophy on training people is to create success in the gym environment wherever I can. Success might take the form of having a client enjoy a great strength training session for the first time or perhaps getting someone’s shoulder out of pain during training for the first time in a while.

Hi, my name is Charles, I am a qualified nutritionist and personal trainer. 10 years ago, I was extremely overweight, which lead to me having a stroke. This turning point lead me on the path of health and fitness. Nutrition is the key to optimal health and during the last 10 years I have studied to a point where I am able to apply my knowledge to help people lose weight, improve their appearance and maximise their health.
As well as my academic studies I have also competed in physique competitions, winning the Miami Pro Mr. Universe contest in 2015, so I have firsthand experience of what it takes for men and women to build a “Beach Body”

My personal training journey began in 2008 when even working part-time as PT meant I was able to help so many people. In 2015 I went full time – and never looked back! My passion for fitness knows no limits, and now I’d like to share it with you.
Over the years I have developed my own hugely successful training system – AFTM (Atif Functional Training Method). I believe smart training & nutrition consistency gets you results. Since 2015 I have pushed many individual and group clients past the barriers they had place on their physical limits.
As a Boxercise® Qualified Instructor, with years of knowledge of martial arts, I can push your body through MMA conditioning methods and make you fit to fight – I swear everyone loves to throw a punch and relieve some stress! I have extensive experience in training 50+ year old clients, helping them to get fit and participate in events like 10k races, Tough Mudder, and Abbey Dash – never you think you are too old to begin your fitness journey!

Exercise and fitness has been hugely important to me since early childhood, having succeeded in various team and individual sports including ice figure skating, Gaelic football and volleyball. Back in 2011 I was diagnosed with Type 1 Diabetes; instead of allowing the chronic disease to limit my life and abilities I decided to take things to the next level with my health and wellbeing by prioritising exercise and nutrition to help me live a happy and healthy life to the fullest. It’s my passion to help others experience that same feeling.

I’ve had a passion for health and fitness from a young age – active in many physical activities including football, cricket and breakdancing. I have also studied martial arts including jujitsu, taekwondo, boxing and kickboxing.
When I first joined the gym I began lifting weights and practising martial arts. The benefits were quick – my confidence fitness, strength and health all increased and I was happier within myself. Exercise works wonders for stress reduction, mental health, physical strength, power, speed and agility. After experiencing this for myself, I love helping others see the same benefits and realise how great exercise is even though it can be tough!

I am Kickboxing World and European Champion and ex professional footballer played in top divisions in Hungary also played for the national teams up to U23. In UK I had trials with West Bromwich Albion, York City FC also Halifax Town. All my life I’ve been professional and worked hard for my goals. Sport taught me respect teamwork and commitment. Unfortunately a serious knee injury and a few operations made me realise I can’t play football forever, but fitness remained my passion.
So I became Level 3 Qualified Personal Trainer and started changing peoples lives. My goal is to change yours whatever it takes.

Coffee drinker, dog lover, foodie, traveller and Personal Trainer. I have been coaching for just short of 13 years now.
Although I have always been into sports and fitness I personally have had to overcome obstacles. I like many, suffered with body confidence issues, injuries, a lack of self worth, and worst of all the fear of failure. I’ve worked hard to overcome these barriers and still do each and every day. This however put me where I am today, helping and developing others- something that gives me great purpose.
I work with women that suffer with a lack of time, motivation, knowledge, confidence or stress but are ready to change their lifestyle and make a difference. My job is to make you look and feel your best ever whilst educating you on how to maintain it.
